Return Policy
Nipawan and his team are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not convinced of your purchase or if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, you can communicate with us by means of the following email: info@nipawan.com and we will be happy to help you. Please note that items returned to Nipawan without prior return request will not be accepted.
Please see our return conditions:
- The return of products in their original condition is accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- G-string or tanga-style panties are non-returnable. Only panties with clean and undamaged hygienic tape can be returned.
- The product must be free of dirt and traces of deodorant or perfume. It must not have been worn or washed. Nipawan reserves the right to refuse and return items whose condition does not meet our return policy and our hygiene standards, at the expense of the recipient.
- The original tags must be attached to the returned product in the undamaged Nipawan branded packing box.
- Discounted products and final sales are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable.
